Mind Food for Emotional Eaters (MFfEE) has allowed me to understand my Emotional Eating
patterns. To cope with them and step by step move forward and be able to change my way of
eating from bingeing to really being able to enjoy every mouthful.
MFfEE has helped me to remember what FULL really tastes like. I really feel that this program
has been aimed at me.

I'm a 53 year old healthy, fit and happy woman. I love the way I feel after a strenuous gym work out...the energy flows through my body. I never thought I would feel quite as relaxed and contented any other way, BUT I have found "water and salt"! After a month of drinking water and salt, I know I am more contented within myself and my all over general health has improved. My skin feels more hydrated and smoother. I have had a couple of personal problems over the past month or so, and I am convinced I am coping better than I would have a month ago. I feel I am more confident and very able to cope with anything life can throw at me. I am one of the converted...therefore water and salt is now part of my every day life.
