Signs of an Emotional Eater

 
  • Your hunger comes on suddenly.
  • You crave certain foods.
  • Your hunger is urgent and only a specific food will satisfy it.
  • You keep grazing more than you need all day.
  • You keep eating even after you are full.
  • You are often filled with a sense of regret or guilt after you have eaten.
  • You eat more than your body requires on more than 3 days per week.
